- 2 sachets of oolong tea
- 2 sachets de poudre de thé au lait Matcha
- 2 sachets of chewy tapioca pearls
- 2 recyclable straws
Preparation method
- Steep and mix: Steep the tea sachet in 120 ml of hot water. Add the milk tea powder and stir until dissolved.
- Prepare the tapioca pearls: Boil about 10 cups of water, add the pearls, and cook over medium-high heat for 5 minutes. Drain, then rinse quickly with cold water.
- Assemble and enjoy: Pour the tapioca pearls into your glass, pour in the milk tea mixture, add ice cubes, and it's ready!
